Information for Pet Owners
If your dog has been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, your veterinarian may recommend participation in this research study.

- Discuss the study with your veterinarian
- Your veterinarian will complete the patient data form
- Samples will be collected and submitted to the RVC laboratory
